Heard Sri Mohd.Faisal, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State. The power has been filed by Ms.Samreen Irfan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No.2, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court passed an order dated 28.7.2025 in application u/S 482 CrPC No.6049 of 2025 titled Reshma and 4 others vs. State of UP and directed that if the parties appear before the concerned court in terms of above, the learned trial court shall proceed to verify the compromise-deed arrived at between the parties to the proceedings and shall prepare a report to the same effect; the original compromise-deed is also directed to be made part of the record.

In compliance with the aforesaid order dated 28.7.2025 of this Court, the parties appear before the learned trial court and the compromise-deed dated 30.6.2025 is verified vide order dated 22.9.2025, which is also available on record.

Learned counsel for both the parties had agreed that now there is nodispute left and the present case has to be decided in terms of the compromise-deed.

After consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it would

be a futile exercise to continue with the present litigation any more, further.

Hence, the proceeding of Case No.5419 of 2015 titled State of UP vs. Reshma and others, arising out of Case Crime No.250 of 2015 under Sections 147, 323, 452, 504, 506 IPC registered at Police StationSaadatganj in Lucknow as well as impugned summoning order dated 22.12.2015, passed by Judicial Magistrate, ATS, Lucknow, are hereby quashed.

With these observations, the present case is hereby allowed, accordingly.
