Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA for the State.

Sri Arif Husain, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.2, which is taken on record.

The present application has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceedings of Charge Sheet No. 01, 10/2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 396 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bangarmau, District Unnao as well as charge sheet dated 26.10.2023 filed under Section 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and the cognizance and summoning order dated 12.1.2024, passed in Criminal Case No. 44 of 2024 on the basis of compromise dated 20.6.2025 so far as it relates to the petitioners.

Learned counsel petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for opposite party no. 2 have jointly submitted that this Court had passed an order dated 13.8.2025, in Application U/S 482 No. 6615 of 2025 that accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned that if any such compromise is filed before it, it shall issue notices to all the signatories to the compromise requiring their personal presence and, thereafter proceed to verify the compromise. If the aforesaid compromise is verified, a report to that effect that be prepared by the court and the compromise will be made part of the record.

In compliance of said order, a report of verification of compromise has been filed by the petitioners. The report dated 15.9.2025 is of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Unnao in Criminal Case No. 44 of 2024 ( State Vs. Anita Gupta and others) arising out of case crime No. 396 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bangarmau, Unnao. The very fact that the compromise is signed by the parties and duly verified by the concerned court. It is part of the record.

Since, the parties have entered into compromise and the compromise has been duly verified and filed alongwith the report of the concerned court, there is no issue left between the parties, hence there is no need to continue further litigation.

In view thereof, the criminal proceedings of Charge Sheet No. 01, 10/2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 396 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bangarmau, District Unnao as well as charge sheet dated 26.10.2023 filed under Section 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and the cognizance and summoning order dated 12.1.2024, passed in Criminal Case No. 44 of 2024 (State Vs. Anita Gupta and others), is hereby quashed.

The petition is accordingly allowed in terms of the compromise.
