On account of some formal defects, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to file fresh application with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof after providing a copy of the application to Sri Amit Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel for the side opposite.
To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents, if any, to the learned counsel for the applicants, as per Rules in this regard.
