Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned judgment and order dated 13.12.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Ayodhya, in Criminal Revision No.92/2024, titled as Shiv Shankar Singh V/s State of U.P. and another and impugned order dated 04.03.2024, passed by Additional Civil Judge (S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Faizabad in Complaint No.1329/2022 (Crl. Complaint Case No.16153/2022), Shiv Shankar Singh V/s Virendra Kumar Verma, under section 138 N.I. Act, as contained in Annexure No.1 and 2 to this petition.

And it is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceeding of Complaint No.1329/2022 (Crl. Complaint Case No.16153/2022), titled as Shiv Shankar Singh V/s Virendra Kumar Verma, Under Section 138 N.I. Act relating to Police Station -Purakalandar, District-Faizabad, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Faizabad, in the interest of justice."

On account of some formal defects crept in the application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents which includes the envelop and cheque(s) etc. in support thereof.

The aforesaid has not been opposed.

In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
