Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Supplementary affidavit, filed on behalf of the applicants, is taken on record.

The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the entire criminal proceedings of Sessions Trial No.304/2016 (State Vs. Munna Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.0524/2014, under Sections 323, 325, 308 and 504 IPC lodged at Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow, to quash the summoning order dated 05.09.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow and to quash the charge-sheet no.152/2014 dated 14.08.2014 filed in the aforesaid case crime number on the ground that the parties have arrived at a compromise/settlement.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute amicably outside the Court and they have arrived at a compromise. The compromise entered into between the parties have been placed on record as Annexure-5 to the application. The parties have confirmed the terms of the compromise. The compromise has been verified between the parties by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Lucknow vide order dated 27.03.2025 in compliance of the order dated 11.03.2025 passed by this Court in an Application U/s 482 No.2277/2025.

I have considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the fact that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court by way of compromise arrived at between the parties and law laid down by the Supreme Court of India, the instant application is allowed and the entire criminal proceedings of Sessions Trial No.304/2016 (State Vs. Munna Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.0524/2014, under Sections 323, 325, 308 and 504 IPC lodged at Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow, including the summoning order dated 05.09.2014 and the charge-sheet no.152/2014 dated 14.08.2014, are hereby quashed .
