Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, room no. 29, Lucknow to decide the application for discharge under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. dated 11.10.2023, the case No. 3913 of 2024 that is Case Crime/FIR No. 41 of 2022, Sections 406/420/506/120B IPC, Police Station Wazirganj, District Lucknow (State Vs. Dinesh Kumar Sharma and others), expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2024, but even after passing of one year, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet.

After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court.

Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, room no. 29, Lucknow is directed to decide the application for discharge under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. dated 11.10.2023, the case No. 3913 of 2024 that is Case Crime/FIR No.
