Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent No. 2 - Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya to decide Stay Application filed in Appeal No. 3039 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. 202504680005182) - Ram Dhan and Another Vs. Madhuri Tripathi and Others, U/S 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 2 - Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
