Learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection that State Public Service Tribunal Lucknow has wrongly been impleaded as an opposite party to the petition and the State of U.P. has not been impleaded as an opposite party.

Confronted with the aforesaid objection, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the instant application and he seeks liberty to file a fresh petition with correct array of parties.

The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. November 10, 2025
