भारतीय संिवधान के अनुच्छेद 227 के अंतगर्त प्रस्तुत इस िरट यािचका द्वारा यािचकाकतार् ने िवद्वान अपर िसिवल जज अवर खण्ड कक्ष संख्या 3, बहराइच को मूलवाद संख्या 735 वषर् 2023 में लंिबत अंतिरम िनषेधाज्ञा प्राथर्ना-पत्र संख्या (कागज संख्या सी-6) के शीघ्र िनस्तारण हेतु िनदेर्श देने का अनुरोध िकया है।

उच्च न्यायालय के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता ने उनको प्राप्त अनुदेशों के आधार पर न्यायालय को सूिचत िकया िक प्राथर्ना-पत्र का िनस्तारण िदनांक 06.11.2025 को कर िदया गया है। यह यािचका सारहीन हो गई है एवं तदनुसार, िनस्तािरत की जाती है।
