Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondents nos.1 to 5.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:-
" (i) To issue writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties by correcting the Revenue Record as per the order of Assistant Consolidation Officer dated 08.09.2000 during the consolidation operation the name of the petitioner be recorded / mutated over the property of Late Putty s/o Bileshwar R/o Village & Post- Padri Kala, Pargana Hadha, Tehsil & District Unnao. "
