Learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey who appears on behalf of Gaon Sabha concerned.
This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding the opposite parties to restore the Antyodaya Rashan Card of the family of the petitioner bearing No. 215420156289 contained as Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition forthwith.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No. 3 to take decision on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.7.2023 contained as Annexure No. 4 stipulated time."
It is the case of the petitioner that the Antyodaya Ration Card was cancelled and he represented in the office of the S.D.M. Laharpur on Sampurna Samadhan Divas. The S.D.M. Laharpur issued a direction to the B.D.O. Laharpur on 24.7.2023 asking him to look into the matter and to give a specific report with regard to whether the petitioner is eligible for getting Antyodaya Ration Card. Nothing has been done and therefore, this petition has been filed.
Learned standing cousnel shall seek instructions from the B.D.O., opposite party no. 5 and S.D.M., Laharpur, opposite party no. 3 with regard to what action has been taken on the direction of the S.D.M by the B.D.O.
