(1) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel who appears for the Opposite party nos.1 to 3.
(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:-
"1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to direct the Opposite party nos.2 and 3 to ensure prompt and effective compliance of the order dated 22.06.2021 that is Annexure no.2 in this writ petition."
(3) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after order was passed by the S.D.M., Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi, under Section 24 moved by the wife of the petitioner, no steps have been taken for erecting boundary marks.
(4) Learned Standing Counsel shall seek instructions from the Opposite party no.3- S.D.M. Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi, U.P. in the matter.
(5) List this matter in the next week, as fresh .
