Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the order passed by this Court earlier dated 08.5.2024.

Learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court a copy of the instructions sent by Tahsildar dated 07.7.2024 wherein it has been stated that initially the claim of the petitioner had been rejected on 30.12.2021 thereafter reconsideration was done in pursuance of the order passed by the writ court and in the light of the Government Order dated 31.12.2023 an eligibility was found, accordingly an order was passed by the District Magistrate for compensation to be given to the petitioner on 06.7.2024. The decision of the District Magistrate has also been communicated to the petitioner.

A copy of the order dated 06.7.2024 has been given on our directions by the learned Standing Counsel to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Let a short counter affidavit be filed by the respondents.

List this matter on 19.7.2024 as fresh. In the meantime needful be done by the District Administration so that compensation is given to the petitioner as she has been found eligible.
