This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 04.07.2023 (by summoning the records along with report submitted by the opposite party no 3) passed by District Magistrate, Barabanki, by which he has rejected the claim of the petitioner under Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana."
