The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.3/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Handia Prayagraj not to restrain the petitioner from conducting agricultural operations over his land bearing Arazi No.46, area 0.2650 hectares, situate at Village Mauja Nakenampur, Tehsil Handia, Prayagraj.
Counsel for the State-respondents submits that pursuant to the previous order, instructions dated 31.07.2024 have been received from the respondent no.3/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate Handia, Prayagraj, wherein it is categorically stated that the respondent authorities are not in any manner interfering in the agricultural operations of the petitioner over the land in question.
Having regard to the aforesaid, counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives, and the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
