"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the Ex-gratia Amount (Anugrah Rashi)on account of on-Duty Death of petitioner's husband Late Virendra Singh, in pursuance of the Relevant Government Order & Office Memorandum, issued by the Respondent Authorities, along with interest;
b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner and to pass appropriate order with regard to providing the Ex-gratia Amount (Anubhag Rashi) on account of On-Duty Death of petitioner's husband Late Virendra Singh, in pursuance of the Relevant Government Order & Office Memorandum, issued by the respondent authorities along with interest within stipulated time."
