By the impugned order dated 05.11.2024 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Farrukhabad/respondent No.3, the petitioner's family pension has been incorrectly computed.
Shri Mohit Dixit, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Kaushlesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4 on the basis of instructions submits that the petitioner's family pension to which the petitioner is entitled has been enhanced after a fresh computation. In order to this effect, the order dated 30.11.2024 has already been passed.
Shri Anil Kumar Bind, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submisisons.
The impugned order 05.11.2024 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Farrukhabad/respondent No.3
has become infructuous in light of the subsequent order dated 30.11.2024 passed by the Finance and Account Officer, Basic Education, Farrukhbad recalculating the pension of the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the submissions made by Shri Mohit Dixit, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Kaushlesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4.
