1. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the Tribunal has allowed the original application referring to the orders passed in O.A. No. 283 of 2019 and O.A. No.1464 of 2014 and has also taken notice of the fact that against the order passed in the said O.A. No. 283 of 2019, Writ-A No.17238 of 2022 is pending before this Court. It is pointed out that in Writ-A No.17238 of 2022, against order passed in O.A. No. 283 of 2019, notices have been issued and interim order is granted by this Court.

1. In view of the submissions made, issue notice.

1. As the respondent is represented by Mr. Raman Saxena, learned counsel, no need to issue fresh notice.

1. In the meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned order dated 21.12.2023 passed in O.A. No. 802 of 2019 shall remain stayed.
