Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The grievance raised by the petitioner with regard to nonpayment of his post retiral dues including the gratuity, insurance and NPS.

Learned counsel for petitioner has stated that the petitioner is superannuated from service on 29.02.2024 but despite repeated applications his post retiral dues have not been paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed, in case the opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 25.10.2024 with expedition.

Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose to the innocuous prayer made by petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Raebareli to consider and decide the representation dated 25.10.2024 expeditiously, say, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
