Issue notice to opposite party, returnable at an early date.
Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of Declaratory Suit instituted by opposite party, from District Lucknow to District Bahraich.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that after separation now she is residing in Bahraich. It is submitted that there are three other cases between the parties which are also pending in District Bahraich as indicated in paragraph 16 of the affidavit filed in support of application.
Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, time is granted to opposite party to file response.
