"I. Issue a direction upon the opposite party no.1 for expeditious disposal of the petitioners application bearing paper no.6C-2 filed in original suit no 605/2024 "Parsuram & another Versus Ram Moorat & others", the suit for cancellation of sale deed as well as permanent injunction and until disposal of the same status quo to be maintain by the parties and not to raise any construction over the land in question bearing gata no.321 containing area 0.2850 Hectare, Gata No. 315 containing area .7360 Hectare situated in village Kalyanpur Bhadarsa, Pargana Haveli Awadh, Tahsil Sohawal, District Ayodhya,and until disposal of the same further to maintain status quo over the property of the suit with regard to possession of the petitioner on the subject matter of the suit till final disposal of the application for temporary injunction pending before the opposite party no.1,as contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition within a short reasonable period to be prescribed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice."

Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed of directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid injunction application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
