2 . Present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been filed seeking transfer of the Declaratory Suit No.3856 of 2022 (Md. Anas vs. Farhat Irshad) under section 7 of the Family Courts Act from the Court of Additional Principal Judge-4, Family Court Lucknow to the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bahraich.

3 . Considering the inconvenience as pleaded and there being no contest, the application is allowed. The aforesaid case pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge-4, Family Court Lucknow is transferred to the equivalent Court at District Bahraich.
