(i) Whether the judgment and decree passed by the trial court is in violation of Order 34 Rule 7 and 8, Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and against the remand order dated ?
(ii) Whether the first appellate court has erred in law in deciding the issues, which were already decided in the earlier order of remand and whether it will give right to the appellant to challenge the same ?
