Bailable warrant was issued vide order dated 29.07.2024 against the respondent no.1 to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel.
Today, when the appeal was called out, respondent no.1 is present in person and is represented through Sri Raghunath Singh, learned counsel and necessary compliance of the order dated 29.07.2024 is also stated to have been made before the Court concerned.
Sri Raghunath Singh, learned counsel has stated that the vakalatnama executed in his favour has already been filed in the Registry of this Court and his name is already shown in the cause list.
It is assured by respondent no.1 as well as his counsel that they shall cooperate in the proceedings when the appeal is listed next.
