- The present revision has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned judgment and order dated 05.03.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Barabanki in Case No. 1140 of 2019 (Vimla Devi alias Urmila Vs. Jagatram)
- Learned counsel for the revisionist says that the revisionist is ready to settle the matrimonial dispute by way of process of mediation and showing bonafide, he says that the revisionist would deposit an amount to the the tune of Rs. 75,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
- Taking note of aforesaid as also nature of dispute, which is essentially matrimonial in nature, it is provided that the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. The revisionist shall deposit an amount of Rs. 75,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court within three weeks from today, which shall be released in favour of the opposite party No. 2 (Vimla Devi alias Urmila).
- Issue notice. Steps in this regard be taken within seven working days.
