Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant Vishnu Pratap Singh has already been granted interim bail by the learned court below vide order dated 20.01.2024.
Accordingly, it is directed that till the next date of listing, the appellant Vishnu Pratap Singh shall remain on interim bail with the same terms and conditions as imposed by the learned court below while granting the interim bail to the appellant.
