Perused the impugned order.
Admit.
Summon the trial court record.
Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of Staterespondents.
Let notice be issued to respondent No.2 by R.P.A.D returnable at an early date.
Steps be taken within ten days' from today.
Learned A.G.A. as well as the respondent No. 2 may file their counter affidavits within four weeks from today. Two weeks time thereafter shall be available to learned Counsel for the appellant to file rejoinder affidavit.
Accordingly, list/put up this case on 17.10.2024 before appropriate Bench.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant, namely-Sahajram has already been granted interim bail by the learned trial court vide order dated 03.05.2024, which is annexed as Annexure No.1 to this appeal.
Accordingly, it is directed that till the next date of listing, the appellant, namely-Sahajram shall remain on interim bail with the same terms and conditions as imposed by the learned trial court while granting the interim bail to the appellant.
It is further directed that the appellant, namely-Sahajram shall deposit the fine imposed by the trial court within two months from today.
