Learned A.G.A. pointed out that after passing the order dated 18.03.2024, further 04.04.2024 was the date fixed for framing of charge, whereas he is not aware whether the charge against the revisionist has been framed or not.
Let a report be called for from the concerned Presiding Officer with regard to present status of trial of the revisionist by the next date.
