Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and Shri Brijesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. Vakalatnama filed by Shri Brijesh Kumar Pandey, Advocate is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties state that there is every likelihood of the parties entering into a settlement in case the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court.

The parties are directed to remain present before before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 06.09.2024.

¶9

Let the mediation center of this Court make an endeavor to submit its report within four weeks.

Let an amount of Rs.20,000/- be deposited by the revisionist before the Mediation Centre of this Court on or before 06.09.2024. From the amount of Rs.20,000/-, Rs.15,000/- shall be released in favour of respondent No.2 on her first appearance by the Mediation Centre. Respondent No.2 is also entitled to be paid an amount of Rs.1,000/on her each appearance, which shall be paid by the revisionist.

List this case in the week commencing 18.11.2024.

Till submission of the report from the mediation centre, proceedings pending before the learned Family Court shall remain stayed.
