Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and Sri Vishnu Narain, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.
In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 29.08.2024, the revisionist as well as the respondent no. 2 are present in person in the Court who have been identified by their respective learned counsel.
The respondent no. 2 states that approximately an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- is still outstanding due against the revisionist and she is ready to go to the mediation center of this Court in case further amount is deposited.
The revisionist who is present in the Court states that he would be further depositing an amount of Rs. 50,000/- within two weeks from today.
In case, the aforesaid amount of Rs. 50,000/- is deposited before the mediation center of this Court within two weeks from today then both the parties shall appear before the mediation center of this Court on 03.10.2024.
An amount of Rs. 25,000/- under deposit before this Court would be remitted by the office to the mediation center of this Court. Out of the total amount of Rs. 75,000/- which would stand deposited, an amount of Rs. 72,500/- would be released in favour of the respondent no. 2 on her first appearance before the mediation center of this Court.
The mediation center of this Court shall endeavour to submit its report within next six weeks.
List this case on 18.11.2024 as fresh.
At this stage, the respondent no. 2 who is present in the Court states that she would also be bringing her daughters to the mediation center of this court on the next date so that the revisionist, who is the father, can meet his daughters.
