Hon'ble Abdul Moin,J.
1. Shri Mohd Aziz Mansuri, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and states that an amount of approximately Rs.17,32,500/- is outstanding due against the revisionist in pursuance to the order passed by the learned Family Court. He prays that at least half of the aforesaid amount be deposited to show the bonafide of the revisionist.
2. Learned counsel for the revisionist is reported to be out of station today.
3. Considering the aforesaid, list this case in the next week as fresh to ascertain as to how much amount can be deposited by the revisionist.
4. Interim order, if any, shall continue to operate till the next date of listing.
5. In case vakalatnama is filed by Shri Mohd Aziz Mansuri, Advocate, whenever the case is next listed his name be shown as Counsel for Opposite Party.
