This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or direction commanding the respondent nos.1 & 2 to consolidate and club the FIRs and charge sheets for the purpose of bail and trial as detailed in Schedule-1 in Paragraph 3 of the writ petition and contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, with the trial of first registered FIR No.343 of 2015, under Sections 419,420,467,468,471,120-B I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda.
Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file a detailed counter affidavit. In the Counter Affidavit details of similar nature of cases other than those relating to the petitioner would also be provided.
Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, may also be filed within two weeks thereafter.
The pendency of present writ petition would not affect any investigation or trial in any manner.
