(1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
(2) Shri Mohit Sharma, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.4 is permitted to file his Vakalatnama in the Registry within three days.
(3) The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. No. 0201/2024, under Sections 120-B, 143, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Sections 3, 5 and 8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Gadaganj, District Rae Bareli.
(4) On a careful perusal of the F.I.R. impugned herein in this writ petition, prima facie we do not find a case under Sections 3, 5 and 8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955.
