Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.1 to 3 to ensure fair investigation of Case Crime No.88 of 2024, registered at Police Station Ramganj, District Amethi and also for taking serious steps for arresting the opposite party no.4 to 13 i.e. accused of Case Crime No.88 of 2024 (Supra).
ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.2 to transfer the present ongoing investigation of Case Crime No.88 of 2024, registered at Police Station Ramganj, District Amethi to any other competent investigating authority."
