Learned A.G.A. submits that while filing this application rejection order of the second bail application has been filed by the applicant however, the rejection of the first bail application by the learned sessions judge has not been filed.
Learned A.G.A. further submits that charge-sheet in the case was filed in the year 2021. The trial may have been commenced.
In view of above, let status of trial be summoned.
List this case on 23.01.2025 in top ten cases.
In the meantime, learned A.G.A. shall file counter affidavit.
