Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Keshkali/detenue is the wife of the petitioner and has been illegally detained by the opposite party.
Considering the facts of the case, let notice be issued to opposite party. Steps be taken within seven working days.

Let detenue/Keshkali, be produced before this Court on the next date of listing by S.H.O. concerned, District- Sitapur.
On the next date of listing, a draft amounting to Rs. 25,000/would be provided to the detenue/Keshkali by the petitioner before this Court, as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner.
