Heard, Shri Lalji Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 3, Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and Shri Arun Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rishabh Tripathi, learned counsel for respondents no.4 and 5.

With the consent of the parties, the matter is being finally decided.

Grievance of the petitioners is that despite they have been given additional charge of Head Master of other respective institutions, they are not being paid salary for the said post.

It is contended that this aspect of the matter has already been considered by this Court in Writ A No.8948 of 2024; Manoj Kumar and 7 Others Vs. State of U.P. and 4 Others, decided on 01.07.2024

Considering the aforesaid, let fresh individual representations be made to the concerned Basic Shiksha Adhikaris within a period of two weeks from today for redressal of their grievances. In case such representations are made, the concerned authority shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law considering the judgment in the case of Manoj Kumar & Ors. (supra), if applicable, and pass a reasoned and speaking order within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of .

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim set forth by the petitioners.
