This appeal has been filed to assail the order dated 05.08.2024, whereby protest petition filed by the present appellant against final report bearing no.19 of 2018 dated 28.11.2018 is respect of Case Crime No.25 of 2018 under Section 406, 376-D IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, police station Harraiya, District Balrampur was rejected.
3. Issue notice to respondent nos.2 to 3, returnable at an early date.
