Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant has submitted that due to inadvertence, the appellant could not implead the complainant in Case Crime No.0282 of 2017, under Sections 354(A) I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Gainsadi, District Balrampur, as opposite party no.2.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant/applicant.

Accordingly, the application is allowed .

Let complainant of Case Crime No.0282 of 2017, under Sections 354(A) I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Gainsadi, District Balrampur be impleaded as Opposite Party No.2.

Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant is permitted to make necessary amendment in the memo of parties during the course of the day.

It appears that the appellant is on interim bail granted by means of order dated 07.09.2024 passed by the trial Court post conviction for the offence-in-question. Therefore, the appellant shall continue to remain on interim bail till the next date of listing.
