In pursuance of the earlier order of this Court dated 09.09.2024, opposite party no.2 - Sahar Bano @ Noor Bano is personally present before this Court and she has also been identified by her counsel Shri Rama Kant Dixit. She has also produced a copy of her adhar card, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that arrangement of the money, which under the orders of this Court was required to be deposited, could not be made and therefore, Rs.20,000/could not be deposited within the time stipulated by this Court.

Since it is acknowledged by learned counsel for the revisionist that the money has been received by him for deposition in the Court, this Court thinks it better that when the opposite party no.2 is herself present before this Court, the money, which has been given by the revisionist to his counsel for the purpose of deposition in the Court, which will ultimately be paid to the opposite party no.2, may now be given to the opposite party no.2 today itself when she is present in the Court and there is no dispute pertaining to her identity.

Thus Rs.20,000/- has been paid to the opposite party no.2 before this Court by revisionist and received by the opposite party no.2 and opposite party no.2 has also consented to refer the dispute for mediation.

Thus keeping in view the consent given by the opposite party no.2, the dispute between the parties is referred for mediation. The parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Bench on 18.10.2024.

The mediator so appointed by the Incharge, Mediation and Conciliation Centre shall make all out efforts to persuade the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement and shall submit a report to this Court after conclusion of the mediation

proceedings preferably within next two months from today.

7. List this case on 03.12.2024 before appropriate Bench.

Till the next date of listing, interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.
