Application has been filed seeking withdrawal of civil revision with liberty to file afresh.
It has been submitted that inadvertently incorrect array of parties and pleadings were made in the civil revision which therefore requires to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
Considering aforesaid facts and submission, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
Office is directed to return the original certified copies annexed in the revision while while keeping a photo copy on record.
