1. At the outset, Sri Anurag S. Kaalesh, learned counsel for the appellant has fairly submitted that due to inadvertence, Child Welfare Committee, Lucknow as well as High Court Legal Services Authority could not be arrayed as respondents No.3 and 4, respectively. Therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to implead the aforesaid parties during the course of the day.
2. Prayer made for is allowed.
3. Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead Child Welfare Committee, Lucknow as well as High Court Legal Services Authority as respondents No.3 and 4 respectively, during the course of the day.
4. Heard Sri Anurag S. Kaalesh, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
5. Admit.
6. Issue notice to respondents No.2 to 4, returnable at an early date.
7. Steps be taken within ten days.
8. Let objections against the bail application be filed by the respondents within four weeks.
9. Two weeks' time thereafter shall be available to learned counsel for the appellant to file response, if any.
10. List this appeal immediately after six weeks alongwith service report.
