Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the judgment and order dated 26.10.2023 has been complied with, the applicant has been reinstated and arrears of salary has been paid since the date of his dismissal dated 06.09.2023.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that arrears of salary has been paid to the applicant but the salary of the month of September, 2023 has not been paid, which is still due.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted two week time to comply the judgment and order dated 26.10.2023 and file the affidavit of service by the next date of listing failing which the respondent shall appear in person for the purposes of non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 26.10.2023.
