In pursuance to the previous orders passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.

On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that by order dated 27.11.2024, the Director, Department of Child Development Service & Nutrition, Government of U.P, Lucknow has decided the claim of the applicant for child care and maternity leave and has rejected the same.

The order dated 27.11.2024 has also been annexed with the instructions and shall form part of the records of the case.

As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.

The application is disposed of and consigned to records.

The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the Director, Department of Child Development Service & Nutrition, Government of U.P, Lucknow before the appropriate forum.
