In pursuance to the previous orders passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.

On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the application of the applicant for study leave has been rejected vide order dated 6.12.2024 passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The order dated 6.12.2024 is also annexed with the instructions received by the Standing Counsel.

As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.

The application is disposed of and consigned to records.

¶11

The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh before the appropriate forum.
