The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil and District Bhadohi is personally present in the Court.
In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the case under Section 26 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 has been registered in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil and District Bhadohi at the instance of the opposite party. Notices have also been issued in the aforesaid case.
The Tehsildar is not a party in the present application.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
