The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 16.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 35736 of 2023 whereby this Court had directed the opposite party to decide, within a period of three months, the application of the applicant for removal of obstruction/encroachment.
It has been stated that no orders have yet been passed on the application of the applicant.
Issue notice to the opposite party fixing 11.12.2024 on which date the opposite party shall either file a compliance affidavit indicating full compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court or shall be personally present in the Court.
