In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party stating that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied and an order dated 04.11.2024 has been passed by the Chief Secretary, Government of U.P. at Lucknow deciding the representation of the applicant.
Through order dated 04.11.2024, the claim of the applicant has been rejected.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 04.11.2024 on merits before appropriate forum.
