In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Rohit Pandey, Advocate, representing the opposite party has obtained instructions and on the basis of his instructions states that the representation of the petitioner has been decided and rejected by order dated 30.10.2024 passed by the Vice Chancellor of the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, i.e., the opposite party.
