In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of the District Magistrate, Lalitpur i.e., the opposite party stating that the proceedings pending before the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SURFAESI Act, 2002, has been disposed of by the order dated 3.11.2023. The order dated 3.11.2023 has been annexed with the petition.
As the order of the writ court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
